I am delighted and honored to have a piece in the annual Wharton Esherick Museum exhibition. This year’s show, called Home As Self, is all about self portraits and my piece CHAIRchair received second place! The show runs through the end of August, and is worth a visit, for all of the works as well as seeing Esherick’s home and studio! For more information check out their website here.
And if you’d like to hear how Wharton Esherick’s furniture and work have influenced my own, tune in on zoom to a conversation between me and the magical Emily Zilber, the Museum’s Director of Curatorial Affairs. July 12, at 3pm EST. The link to sign up is here, and it’s free and open to the public!
